Job Responsibilities:

  • Send out notices to overdue accounts.
  • Collect payments and post to accounts.
  • Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect from them.
  • Maintain files and documents of accounts.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Reach out to customer queries and offer them any kind of support
  • Look out for all the documentations, billing related to accounts.
  • Send emails letter etc.

Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
