Roles And Responsibilities Of An Accountant
- Take critical decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances
- Ensure accurate financial records throughout the year
- Manage account transactions
- Manage balance sheets by adding profit and loss statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annually closings
- Create budget forecasts
- Ensure on-time bank payments
- Complying the company’s local, state, and federal rules and regulations related to accounting
- Present financial data to managers and investors
- Carry out audits and resolve discrepancies
Accountant Service Requirements
- Candidates who have a degree in B.Com can apply for this position
- Relevant work experience of 2 to 4 years as an Accountant or any related field for client Election Commission of India (IIIDEM) location based in New Delhi.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations
- Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks and FreshBooks
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Addition certifications in accounting are an added advantage
