Roles And Responsibilities Of An Accountant

  • Take critical decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances
  • Ensure accurate financial records throughout the year
  • Manage account transactions
  • Manage balance sheets by adding profit and loss statements
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annually closings
  • Create budget forecasts
  • Ensure on-time bank payments
  • Complying the company’s local, state, and federal rules and regulations related to accounting
  • Present financial data to managers and investors
  • Carry out audits and resolve discrepancies

Accountant Service Requirements

  • Candidates who have a degree in B.Com can apply for this position
  • Relevant work experience of 2 to 4 years as an Accountant or any related field for client Election Commission of India (IIIDEM) location based in New Delhi.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations
  • Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks and FreshBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Addition certifications in accounting are an added advantage
