- Proficient in Unix/Linux.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Capable in Shell scripting for automation of routine operations and setting up of monitoring and alerts
- Experience BSCS iX/CBIO (any version) from Telecom BSS Operations perspective
- Telcom BSS operations background with a good understanding of business process flows (service provisioning, billing, rating)
- Basic understanding of concepts and areas like Telco. CRM, API, database, middleware
- Willing to work in shifts including night shifts and weekends
- Exposure to ITIL fundamentals - Incident/Problem/Change Management
Good to have knowledge of:
- BMC Remedy
- SOAP UI knowledge
- Tools like App Dynamics, Splunk, ExtraHop
- Focus and commitment to achieve project SLAs and KPIs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
