BUSINESS ANALYST L3 CONSULTANT L1

Mandatory Skills

• 5 to 8 Years of experience as a Business analyst in the Telecom (OSS/BSS) domain
• Worked as a Business analyst or Product Owner for telco project
• Understanding of SDLC and release processes
• Demonstrated expertise in driving telco-type business processes and technical design
• Fluency in the language and execution of SDLC management
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills, including customer-facing presentation experience
• Customer experience design of digital products and services
• Experience in automation & manual testing.
• Experience with Oracle Billing solution is a great value add
• Technical capabilities: Expertise in Visio, System designs
• Good to have: working experience with open source project designs
