Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling installation change to the operating environment and troubleshooting network problems.
  • Resolving technical problems with the design and delivery of internet services and processing problems of the users.
  • Performing minor repair and getting replaced faulty computers and peripherals.
  • Operating computer, scanner, printer, copiers, and other software applications.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in identifying and solving technical issues and maintenance and providing support to databases.
  • Sound knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and their interfaces and data content and technical program applications.
  • Solid understanding of daily processes and procedures required to provide help desk support.
  • Proficient in providing online assistance, using diagnostic tools, developing user guides, updating records and upgrading software systems.
