Data Entry Operator Roles & Responsibilities
- Entering customer and account data from source documents on time
- Compiling, verifying the validity, and sorting information to formulate source data for computer entry
- Reviewing errors, solving them, and looking after the overall output
- Continuously updating the company’s databases
- Scanning information to check its accuracy
- Collecting invoices, reports, and personal details such as documents and information of employees
- Creating valid spreadsheets
- Backing up data from time to time
- Completing assigned duties from time to time
- Storing hard copy data in an organized manner
Data Entry Operator Requirements
- Any graduate can apply for this job profile
- Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Data Entry Operator or any related field for the client, Department of Financial Services located in New Delhi.
- Good command over written and verbal communication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Word
- Knows how to work under pressure
- Experience in using office equipment like scanners and fax machine
- Firm typing speed
- Familiar with administrative roles and responsibilities
