This position will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:
- Will be responsible and accountable for sales of Admixture, Value added business and other Construction Systems product basket.
- Generate of sales enquiry and Prepare order specific sales plans, as required.
- Provide necessary guidance and assistance to regional supply chain and production on interpreting customer specifications related to quality and identifying additional requirements and implications.
- To provide technical support for clients to facilitate the concrete sales whenever required
- Attend trials and to develop long term relationship with the customer.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Maintain pricing parameters and margin control
- Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
Subjective:-
- Monthly planning & reporting, sales reports.
- Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.
- Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index.
- Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.
