Roles & Responsibilities of Helpdesk Executive

  • Providing technical supports to users and solve their queries
  • Perform troubleshooting problems via diagnostic techniques
  • Maintain workstation and LAN performance
  • Provide accurate answers to clients by identifying problems
  • Walk the clients through problem solving process
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshooting network and connection issues
  • End User Support (Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting)
  • Remote Support (Remote Management through Teamviewer & Remote Desktop to solve Windows & Software issues)

Help Desk Executive Experience & Educational Requirements

:
  • Any graduate can apply
  • Relevant experience of 0-2 years as Help Desk Services
  • Good technical knowledge of memory modules, and computer hardware systems
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software errors
