Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing technical supports to users and solve their queries
- Perform troubleshooting problems via diagnostic techniques
- Maintain workstation and LAN performance
- Provide accurate answers to clients by identifying problems
- Walk the clients through problem solving process
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting network and connection issues
- End User Support (Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting)
- Remote Support (Remote Management through Teamviewer & Remote Desktop to solve Windows & Software issues)
Help Desk Service Requirements:
- Any graduate can apply
- Relevant experience of 0-2 years as Help Desk Service or related field for client, RajComp Info Services Ltd. (RISL) location based in Jaipur
- Good technical knowledge of memory modules, computer hardware systems, and chipsets
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software errors
- Well-informed with renowned software applications, remote connection systems, and software applications
