Hybris Functional Analyst

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in e-commerce
• Strong experience with high volume B2C / B2B eCommerce systems, Health care domain
• Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document , functional specification and functional test cases
• Perform functionality testing before the release and demo to the business and IT teams
• Liaison between development and testing team
• Support system integration testing and UAT
• Single point of contact for any requirements gap, interaction with customer for any change in requirements
• Good communication and client interaction skills
