Roles And Responsibilities:

• Technical Knowledge Of Networking And Networking Solutions.
• Technical knowledge on Juniper, CISCO, Aruba and related networking product and technologies
• Technical understanding of Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security and Network management.
• Understanding of Windows and other operating systems.
• Understanding of network Links.
• Vendor Coordination.
• WiFi technology modem configuration with Remote support
• Firewall configuration, DRV, BIOMETRIC SUPPORT
• Monitoring the Network system and configure VPN issue coordinating with the field engineers for Technical support
• Maintaining LAN/ WAN/ VOICE network established in network
• Maintain SLA, REOPN, REPEAT
• Knowledge MODEM/ HUB/ SWITCH/ ROUTER and FIREWALL
• Network configuration trouble shooting, security devices, Cabling system
• Networking skills in windows platform
• WAN/LAN Configuration
• Excellent communication skills, Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
