Experience:

(1-4) Years In Networking, Windows Based MS Networking, Active Directory, E-Mail, And IT Operations Domains) Good Hands-On Work With Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Active Directory Based MS Networking, E-Mail Systems And Capable Of Managing IT Operations And Hands-On Implementation Experience Of These Devices And Services.

Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma In Science Or Engineering With Cisco Certifications Such As CCNA, CCNP, MCSE And ITIL Will Be Preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 Operational Support Of Existing IT Infrastructure Like Network, Servers, And Services To Business From IT Operations Point Of View.
  • Provide Troubleshooting Support To Maintain All Network And IT Infra. Systems And Monitor Them Proactively To Ensure That Production Downtime Is Minimised
  • To Ensure An Effective Communication Process Is In Place With All The Stakeholders Including Business, Server, Network, Voice, And Desktop Support Teams.

Competencies Required:

  • Knowledge Of Cisco ASA Firewalls And All Networking Systems Such As For Installing, Cisco Routers, Switches And Active
  • Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP Etc., Maintaining And Troubleshooting
  • Understanding Of Networking Concepts Such As IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, TI/T3/ E1, VPN Tunnels Etc.
  • Knowledge Of Configuration Of Windows Based MS Networking, E-Mail Systems, WAN Links, VLANs, VPN Tunnels And Protocols Such As TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS Etc.
  • Effective Communication Skills And Good Documentation Skills To Produce Related Documentation
  • The Position Requires Good Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, The Ability To Troubleshoot And Logically Solve Problems
  • Understanding Of Security Compulsions From The Desktop Level To The Network Gateway And Perimeter Level
