Should know basics of Telecom OSS Operations and Processes to deliver Managed Services engagements for Network tools across technology domains (RAN, Core and Transport) with over 3-4 years of hands-on experience.
Should have knowledge and experience of using OSS tools such as Huawei (U2000) and Ericsson (ENM, OSS RC) for managing networks across RAN Core and Transport
Proficient knowledge and understanding of L1 (monitoring) and L2 (preventive and corrective maintenance) for OSS tools is necessary
Proficiency levels required in Service Management, ITIL Service Operations, Core Network and Service/Network Inventory
Should have experience of supporting production environment including resolution of incidents and problems, executing operational changes and resolving user tickets.
Knowledge of eTOM and ITIL processes, metrics and reporting
