About Revenue and Disaster Management Department

The revenue and Disaster Management Department is a governmental organisation headed by a senior member of the Indian Administrative Service. It is a three-tier system responsible for the collection and distribution of revenue. There are three Revenue Divisional Commissioners for Northern, Southern and Central Divisions, whose headquarters are at Sambalpur, Berhampur and Cuttack, respectively. Each of them is accountable for the administration of ten districts.
