Plant Supervisor Job Duties

• Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed by workers at all times
• Maintain all Plant cleanliness
• Maintaining records on workers’ hours, wages, and other employment data
• Overseeing the development of new technology to improve efficiency or safety in the workplace
• Reviewing production reports and other data to identify potential problems
• Training new employees on proper safety procedures and encouraging them to follow these guidelines at all times
• Providing guidance to workers on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently
• Ensuring that all machinery is properly maintained to avoid accidents
• Scheduling workers’ shifts and ensuring that they are able to complete their tasks within these time constraints Experience required: 5+ Willing to relocate
