Scope of Work/ Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the calendar of events
- Maintaining the database of mailing lists
- Managing implementation of all programming with a focus on performing arts and literary programs
- Being present for all events on the premises and be flexible when required by undertaking additional hours, especially during events in the evenings or on weekends.
- Maintaining and developing website, and social media, etc
- Maintaining the Library Lounge
- Working on the Communication and PR, and marketing
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters level qualification in the field of arts, performing arts, liberal arts, or media & communication.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the cultural field if the candidate holds a Master's degree or
- Years of experience if the candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree 3. Excellent with Microsoft Office – including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be willing to grow in this exciting new space.
- Should be self driven and motivated to learn on the job.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office – including Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Age: Age should be not less than 21 years and not more than 35 years. A copy of the matriculation certificate giving proof of date of birth must be enclosed.
