Program Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• To identify the trainee universe and training needs of various electoral functionaries following a scale down model and in consultation with the training wing of ECI.
• To periodically organize national and in-house electoral training needs and capacity development of programs/ workshops/ events.
• Conduct of certification course, theme based and refresher trainings, soft skills trainings like Trainings of Trainers and Facilitators and Leadership and Motivation
• Training for domestic participants.
• Develop a pool of National Level Master Trainers (NLMT) to deliver cascaded training approach, as well as develop a team of mobile trainers who could conduct and assist in electoral training programs at state level.
• Prepare a yearly calendar for the training programs.
• Preparation and maintenance of all bills and records of the above matter.
• Implementation of the recommendation of Curriculum Moderation Board in consultation with IIIDEM faculty.
