About the Team

As the Seller Acquisition team, we play a key role in making Meesho one of the most sought-after e-commerce destinations in India. We hold end-to-end responsibility to launch and scale-up users on the platform by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing and sales.

As our QA, you will join us to create the best user experience in the online selling journey. From acquiring users onto the platform through marketing to training them through educational content and webinars, we look after all funnels of the user’s life on Meesho.

We also engage and retain our users on the platform with growth-related initiatives. We want to enable every supplier, big or small, branded or unbranded, to experience the power of internet commerce. About the Role South & East charter is focussed on seller acquisition in specific cities of the mentioned regions.

QA hired will be working in the field on a daily basis (Monday to Saturday) where the QA goes into the markets after the seller has been acquired.

1. To be present on ground, coordinate with TLs or city managers for sellers to be audited
2. Daily target of audits shared by TL/CM to be met
3. Visit the sellers post onboarding and audit the quality of onboarding
4. Share daily audit reports with city manager and TLs
5. Report to city manager in case of any frauds detected on ground related to seller/agent/agency

What you will need

• Prior 1-2 years of experience of working in the field and 0.5-1 years of experience as a QA
• Prior e-commerce industry experience will be preferable
• Regional language proficiency is a must
