Scrum Master

Must have -

• Leadership quality to drive discussions and outcomes
• Stakeholder management
• Good communication skills (Verbally as well as writing – emails/docs)
• Agile experience
• Epic & User Story creation
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements
• Good in working without much hand holding (Self-motivated)

Highly desirable -

• Previous Telstra experience would be a great plus
• Agile @ Scale
• DevOps
• Min BA experience expected - 10 years
• Any specific technical / domain knowledge required (Must have or Good to have) -

Must Have:

• Telecommunication OSS domain
• Customer journey for pre-sales & sales

Good to have:

• Customer-centric design
• Knowledge about AWS platform-based application
• Knowledge about Addressing & Service qualification domain
• Any tools knowledge required (Must have or Good to have) -

Must-Have

• JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian Plan (Advanced roadmaps)

Good to have

• Draw.io or BPMN tools
• Splunk
• Postman
