Roles & Responsibilities:-
Must have:
- Overall IT Experience 8+ years.
- SM relevant Experience 2+ years with servant leadership skills.
- Min 4 yrs development or Automation Testing experience (Manual Testing, PMO, Teaching, and non-IT background not eligible)
- Deep understanding of all SDLC phases.
- Good understanding of DoR, DoD, and Estimation techniques.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and best practices.
- Engineering tools/practices to deliver working software.
- Facilitated all scrum events/ceremonies and tracked different metrics.
- Proven track record of leading the teams and making them self-organized.
- Excellent communication and observations skills.
- Exposure to ALM tool (e.g. JIRA, Rally, TFS, Azure, VersionOne), Confluence, and Jenkins
- Worked with product owners and other stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Developed a continuous improvement culture in the team.
Good to have:
- CSM/ PSM/ WSM/SAFe SM or any other industry-standard certification is good to have
- Worked with teams distributed in different time zones.
- Exposure to at least one scaling framework, CI/CD, DevOps, XP practices, and GEMBA.
- Delivered training on different Agile and Scrum-related topics.
- Good knowledge of PDLC phases.
