Required Educational Qualifications for Senior UI/UX Designer

• Graduate In Computer Engineering / IT Or Masters
• Degree In Computer Application Or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 Months Experience In Designing For UI-UX Design.
• Good Experience With Graphics Designing.
• Exposure To Govt. Web Designing Preferred.

Required Experience for UI/UX Designer

• 2-4 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of designing in Visual / UI / Web / Graphic for Layout, Template, Wireframe, Emailer, Mockup, POC etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Branding like Logos, Business Card, Posters, Brochures, Letterhead, Photo Editing etc.
• Video Editing is an added advantage
• HTML, CSS, jQuery/Javascript is an added advantage
• Understanding of SEO
• Moderate to Strong graphics manipulation/optimization skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD
• Good to have knowledge of Git, Github, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt and learn new technologies
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Key Skills Required for UI/UX Designer

• Experience in tools like Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, XD
• Excellent knowledge of designing in Visual / UI / Web / Graphic for Layout, Template, Wireframe, Emailer, Mockup, POC etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Branding like Logos, Business Card, Poster, Brochure, Letterhead, Photo Editing etc.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer

• Work with project management to accurately estimate and scope out projects
• Work with design teams during planning and implementation phases
• Work with other developers to ensure that the website/application is functional and visually appealing
• Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Designing for Visual / UI / Web / Graphic for Layout, Template, Wireframe, Emailer, Mockup, POC etc.
• Create Logos, Business Card, Poster, Brochure, Letterhead, Photo Editing etc.
• Plan the layout of the website/application
• Deliver Wireframe/Prototype based on designs
• Ensure cross-device and cross-platform compatibility
• Design to the highest standards while adhering to industry
