Job Description

  • Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Production Support
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Strong Management skills, excellent coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Banking Sector is desirable but not essential
  • Role relevant qualifications, i.e. ITIL Certified is desirable.
  • Should be able to produce MI/Reports and track them closely.
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Leading production support teams is desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading the delivery of excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers 
  • A track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways
  • Set and achieved challenging short, medium, and long term goals that exceeded the standards in their field
  • A flexible and adaptable management style with experience of developing yourself and others
  • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
  • Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively 
  • Experience in creating and deploying comprehensive operating plans which consistently deliver desired results.
  • Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
