Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Production Support

Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Banking Sector is desirable but not essential
Role relevant qualifications, i.e. ITIL Certified is desirable.
Should be able to produce MI/Reports and track them closely.
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Leading production support teams is desirable.
Proven experience in leading the delivery of excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
