  • Overall 6+ years of exp. in ServiceNow and 5+ years in ServiceNow development
  • Service Now development - Business Rules, ACL, Script Include etc.
  • ServiceNow Scripting, Client scripts, Server Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Service Catalog Knowledge, Flow Designer, Work Flow, Integrations (REST/SOAP), ACL’s, Roles, Email actions, Notifications, Transform maps, PA Basics, Report Administration.
  • Working knowledge on Custom scoped application.
  • Strong experience in developing Record Producer, Catalog Item and Service Portal.
  • Implemented best practices for enhancing the performance of the team and maintaining pace with the current technological change and development.
  • Experience in Upgrades leading ITSM team and also has the ability to provide technical solutions and recommendations proactively
  • ServiceNow Analyst – Grooming stories based on customer requirements and knowledge in creating Technical design documents (HDD/LDD)
  • Ability to handle multiple roles like Developer/Analyst/Technical Lead
  • Experience in handling clients since the role requires direct client interactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
