Software Application Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

  • Installation and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations
  • Optimizing software application performance, installing updates, and performing debugging procedures
  • Provide complete software application support under the guidance of the Senior Engineer
  • Analyze software application functionality and recommend improvements
  • Ensuring front-end and back-end functionality of applications
  • Keeping a record of changes and application updates
  • Documenting process and monitoring performance

Software Application Support Engineer Requirements

  • Graduates from any field can apply for this job position
  • Relevant experience of 0 to 2 years as a Software Application Support Engineer or in any related field for the client, Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department location-based in Sikar
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages such as Javascript, Ruby, Python, and C++
  • Ability to provide technical support to the internal departments and online clients
  • Know Advanced Encryption Standards (AES)
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Proficiency in understanding the causes of programming errors and fixing them.
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
