Application Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for troubleshooting the software applications and providing help desk services for on-time delivery
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
- Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
- Consulting with the software development, clients, and internal users to enhance application performance
- Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality
- Handling code migration across environments to look after synchronized functionality
- Building the root causes of application errors
- Keeping the record of application updates and scheduling
Application Support Engineer Service Requirements
- B.Tech or any graduate can apply for this job profile
- Relevant experience of 2-4 years as an Application Support Engineer, or any-related field for the client, International Institute for Population Sciences location-based in Mumbai.
- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
