Windows, AWS, IIS, Middleware Applications, ITIL Process, Problem/ Incident Mgmt, Patching, Basic Networking Concepts.
- Should Have Very Strong Experience In Windows Support Experience, Preferably In Banking Domain
- Should Have Worked In The Production Support Environment Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience In The Following SQL Database Systems, Apache Web Server, JBoss, EAP / EPP, Tibco B/W, EMS Is Beneficial
- Work Experience In Certificate Installation And Renewals, Patching And Application Releases.
- Collaborate With Colleagues Within The Team, Cross-Functional Teams, Vendors, And Infrastructure To Resolve/Escalate Incidents/Problems
- Should Be Able To Setup The Environment Whenever It Is Required
- Should Have Worked In Installation Client Tools Like Oracle, SQL Server
- Should Able To Write Scripts For Diagnosis Issues/ Support Perspective And Resolve The Same.
- Strong In Configuring Application At DNS, Application Ports, Utilities, Services
- Monitor The Server For Health Check On Daily Basis
- Should Have Fair Knowledge In Key Store And Encryption Management
- Considerable Experience In AWS For Application Engineering Tasks, Cloud Services And Tools Thereof.
- Should Have Exposure Developing Automation Scripts For Process And Service Improvements
- Very Good Communication And Writing Skills With Strong Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
- Publish Knowledge Base Articles For Any New Issues Identified
- Keep Up To Date With Technology And Use This Knowledge To Improve Resolution Times
- Identify The Need For Training And Able To Coach Peers And Team Members On Latest Changes In Application
- Retain Ownership Of Issues And Keep Stakeholders Informed Of The Progress
- Generate And Discuss Daily/Weekly/Periodic Reports Relevant To Calls And Tickets Volume
- Good Knowledge In Cloud Platforms Is An Added Advantage And Highly Considered.
- Deliver Qualitative Changes By Using CD/CI Pipelines
