Job Description
- Provide support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items.
- Communicating all key project plans, crucial release plans, and changes including requirements.
- Rolling out all the production/non-production release along with proper release, configuration documentations.
- Maintaining proper version controls of software deliverables.
- The execution of the process controls, ensuring everyone comply with process and data standards.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing CM processes.
- Maintain data quality, integrity and security of CM database.
- Assist in management, maintenance and automating of CM tools.
- Oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments.
- Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.
- Facilitating Configuration Management audits, SOX audits, ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits are carried out.
- Ensuring appropriate security and access levels to the Configuration Management System.
- Maintaining different non-production and production environments/servers.
- Facilitating and maintaining In-house Applications and Servers Migrations.
