Technical Assistant Roles & Responsibilities

• Answering calls and messages
• Arranging meetings and keeping reports
• Collect payment services for provided technical services
• Provide consistent administration support
• Solve customer problems on a daily basis
• Conduct industry-based research and organize documents
• Assist other technical employees

Technical Assistant Service Requirements

• Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering can apply for this profile
• Relevant experience of 0 to 3 years as a Technical Assistant or any related field for the client, Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) location-based in Jaipur.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency with computer programs, including database systems
• Understanding of hardware and software
• Additional technical certification courses are a plus point
