At least 7 years of proven experience in coordination and
conducting training.
Fluency in English/Hindi and other regional languages
Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal
skills
Sound knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and
other technical products
Knowledge in understanding of Web and Mobile Application
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Co-ordination with NICSI/MoRTH/IITM officials to determine
training needs for the project
Create Training materials and training plan for imparting
training to the user departments in the States/Districts
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training
sessions, and lectures
Schedule and conduct training sessions on iRAD application tostakeholder department users
Travel to different States/Districts based on the training needs
Collect user feedback and maintaining attendance of the
participants
Feedback analysis and reporting management
Any other responsibility related with seamless execution of
training requirements
