Work closely with the Content team to create & implement the retraining process and Material
Train/retrain sellers for live stream
Continually update the training process and Material based on learnings from all stakeholders (i.e., creators, consumers, brands/sellers & other teams within Meesho live commerce)
Design live stream for different categories
Work closely with the “Influencer / Host Supply team to train onboarded hosts on Meesho’s content strategy.
Work closely with the category & influencer supply teams to ensure smooth implementation of content by hosts in every live stream.
Gather requirements from the category/business team and enable content creation by Hosts for different types of live streams (e.g., different product categories, languages, events such as festive sale events, different types of hosts, etc.
Ensure that the content created is easy and intuitive for hosts.
Analyze the success & failures of the content in the live streams with the relevant teams, and make necessary changes; build recurring feedback loops for training.
Work with the Influencer / Host Supply team to ensure a high engagement among hosts.
Criteria
Looking for smart champs who have experience in training sellers or have trained influencers/artists/creators with video production setup
Previous expertise in conducting sales training is a plus
Previous work experience of working on different kinds of Video, audio shows.
Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
Should identify and unleash the potential of the supplier selections in a few meetings.
