Contract-Jobs Split Fee Model is simple to work with

Various employers sign up with Contract-Jobs marketplace for numerous job openings and are distributed to our skilled recruiters on board.

Recruiters accept the respective job offers on their recruiter CRM.

They match the respective job with prospective job seekers, shortlist the preferred candidates, and follow up with a successful joining procedure.

Candidates successfully join the employer, and Contract-Jobs will do their monthly billings to the employer.

The staffing fee received from the employer every month is distributed among the Contract-Jobs marketplace & the recruiters as per the signed agreement.

The payout gets reviewed in the recruiter dashboard, and money is received within 15 days of receipt from the employer’s side.
