Roles And Responsibilities

• Required knowledge of Installation of OS and Software
• Manage & Administration Domain Controller.
• Manage & Administration of DHCP & DNS Servers location wise.
• Manage NTFS & special permission on file servers.
• Events monitoring of all servers i.e. file servers, Antivirus, & Application servers.
• Monitoring all servers & network devices availability.
• Taking Backup of all servers with built-in tools wbadmin.
• Provides Technical support to Remote users from telephonically or remote access software’s (VNC, Team viewer and Anydesk, Remote admin and WRA).
• Install, configure and troubleshoot of Standard Office Software’s. Manage print servers assign print access to users
• Good understanding of Desktop & laptop troubleshooting.
• Computer assembling & Maintenance.
• Good Knowledge of Printer installation & configuration skills.
• Conferring with network users about solving existing systems problems.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Setting up users, accounts, permissions, and passwords overseeing the security of all systems.
