• use platform data to train artificial intelligence systems

All rights relating to the CJDex database and platform content remain the property of AKAL.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AKAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• access to or use of the Contract Jobs platform
• recruitment decisions made by recruiters or employers
• employment or contractual relationships between candidates and hiring organisations
• disputes between candidates and employers
• inaccuracies in job listings or candidate profiles
• technical failures, interruptions, or security breaches.

AKAL shall not be responsible for any loss of data, loss of business, loss of income, or other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
