Position Summary:
The Change Management Lead Is Responsible For Developing The Change Management Strategy And Underlying Plans For The Implementation SAP SuccessFactors (HCM). The Role Will Enable Effective Transformation By Addressing The “People Dimension Of Transformation” By Aligning The Leadership, Deploying Change Network, Managing Change And Building Capability Proactively. The Change Management Lead Will Also Lead A Team Of Change And Communications Resources And Ensure The Execution Of Plans That Will Impact Approximately 25,000 Employees Across 5 Countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop change management strategy for the implementation of SAP SF and provide change management leadership, i.e., points of view, direction and guidance based on professional experience and expertise, to change management team, program leaders and executive sponsors Lead
- Ensure alignment to overall program objectives and execution of all underlying change plans – e.g., stakeholder management, communications, change agent engagement, and end-user training
- Determine and execute methods for measuring success of change management efforts, including sensing effectiveness and making adjustment
- Align key leaders and stakeholders (Leadership, business, HR) to program goals and engage employees for a more rewarding experience
- Analyze change impacts to identify activities required to drive and track business adoption
- Manage risks of change in process, technology and policy, and proactively work to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure change readiness by providing knowledge, tools, and training to equip employees to operate successfully.
- Maintaining materials (e.g., training materials) to adapt to post Go-Live changes/needs
- Inform key stakeholders through integrated, targeted, and timely program messaging
- Work with Core Team, Project Lead and PMO, to ensure adherence to change plan, standards and ensure timely decision making
- Ensure benefits realization through timely adoption, and monitor critical project KPIs
- Ability to work through phase 1 and 2 implementation, Sept 2023 in a full time role. Ability to work engage with several third party vendors/ consultants in a project
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Organizational Change Management experience – solid understanding of fundamental Change Management methods and deliverables
- Experience leading enterprise change management efforts for global, HR Tech implementations
- Familiarity and understanding with HR business processes and information systems
- Demonstrated ability in leading change management teams and change agents responsible for stakeholder management, communications, training and end user adoption
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience working for a consulting firm, e.g., Big Four or top-tier regional consulting firm will be an added advantage
