Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • To Implement/Support All Required Desktop HD And SW. Hands On Experience On Desk Side Devices (End User Computing) Like Desktops, Laptops, Hard Phones, Configuration Of Wifi Devices, Etc. For Both Hardware & Software Aspects.
  • Hardware – Expertise In Identifying & Replacing Faulty Components & Supporting Deskside, Video Conferencing Equipment’s Etc.
  • Deskside Software Installation And Maintenance- OS Level Troubleshooting In Win 7 & Win 10, MS Office Packages, Outlook Mail Configuration, Skype For Business, One Drive, Softphone, Antivirus Troubleshooting, HDD To HDD Imaging / Ghost, Printers, Scanners, Bio Metric Devices, Data Encryption, VPN Configuration & Troubleshooting, Wifi Config On Desk Side And Handheld Devices, Video Conferencing. Firmware Updates For Deskside Equipment Like Cisco & Avaya Phones
  • To Use Remote Tool To Support Users & Troubleshooting Following Best IT Practices And Processes.
  • Ensuring Operation Readiness & Report Any Deviation Related To Established Deskside Processes.
  • Hands On Handling & Ensuring Timely Response & Resolution Of Service Requests & Incident Tickets On ITIL Based Framework & Meeting SLA Resolution For The Site.
  • Ensuring Availability Asap To BRC Calls During An Outage To Provide Inputs & Results Of Preliminary Tests.
  • Ensuring Compliance And Security For The Site. Maintaining Systems Compliance And Audits As Per COPC, ISO 27001 Etc. Standards & Ensure 100% Contract Compliance
  • Deskside Knowledge And Understanding Of Basic Network, Server & Voice Infrastructure For Strong Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution Skills Like Ping & Tracert Analysis, End User Avaya Voice Troubleshooting, Active Directory Group Policy Troubleshooting, DNS Resolution, IP Config Troubleshooting Etc.& Supporting & Maintaining Hub Room And Data Center Structured Cabling.
  • Hardening Of All Production Account Images (Desk Side) And Creation Or Updating Of Image Documents & Images Of All Accounts Per Prescribed Standards.
  • Hands & Eye Support For Client Owned IT Equipment’s Installed At CNX Premises.
  • Installation Of PGP Encryption Software On All The Desktop/Laptops To Ensure We Are Compliant To IT & Customer Security Policies.
  • Ensure To Follow The Change Management Processes Via Team Leads & Wherever Required.
  • Desktops Administrator & BIOS Password Reset.
  • Rotational Shifts, Willing To Work Predominantly In Night Shifts, 24/7 Environment.

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • 6+ Months’ Experience Supporting Desktop/Laptop Hardware And Software In A Windows-Based PC/LAN Environment Or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma In Computer Science Required.
  • MCSE Or Similar Certifications Required.
  • Strong Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution Skills
  • Willingness And Ability To Learn New Skills Quickly
  • Adaptability And Flexibility
